Leeuwin Infrastructure, was established to recognise that the effective management of particular infrastructure assets (including, for example, property, power generation and gas distribution) requires independent and expert advice to assist in the optimisation of project returns.

We provide project owners and operators the financial, corporate governance and treasury support required to establish such ventures as well as the necessary resources to effectively manage the asset through its operational life cycle.

• Treasury support – assisting with the development and oversight of appropriate capital management initiatives by arranging project equity and debt capital, maintaining close working relationships with capital providers to facilitate project capital draw downs, debt repayments and any reporting requirements;
• Financial management – assisting with invoice preparation, managing accounts payable, receivables, preparation of statutory financial accounts including maintaining corporate records in accordance with statutory obligations;
• Financial reporting – overseeing the preparation of monthly financial reports for distribution to all project stakeholders; and
• Engaging with and supporting any other consultants including lawyers, technical consultants etc during the development of the asset or as required during operations.
